We will provide estimated delivery times for each project. While we strive to meet all deadlines, delivery times are estimates only and not guarantees. We are not liable for any delays in delivery.

5.3 Revisions

Revision policies will be specified for each service package. Additional revisions beyond the agreed-upon number may incur additional charges.

5.4 File Retention

We retain project files for 30 days after project completion. After this period, files may be permanently deleted. It is your responsibility to download and backup all final deliverables.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms of Service or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
